The largest ethnic group among the students is White, comprising 57.6% of the undergraduates population , with a total of 4,833 students.
Following behind are African American students, constituting 19.6% of the student body, with 1,643 students. Hispanic students represent 9.0% of the population, with 752 students, while Mixed race students account for 6.4%, with 539 students.
