Based on the 2021-2022 data, the undergraduate student population at CFCC is slightly skewed towards women students, with 52.3% of undergraduate students being women and 47.7% being men. The total number of full-time, first-year undergraduate students is 13,059, with 6,826 women and 6,233 men.

The largest ethnic group among the students is White, comprising 69.3% of the undergraduates population , with a total of 8,953 students.

Following behind are African American students, constituting 12.3% of the student body, with 1,584 students. Hispanic students represent 10.7% of the population, with 1,387 students, while Mixed race students account for 2.2%, with 285 students.
