Based on the 2021-2022 data, the undergraduate student population at ELAC is slightly skewed towards women students, with 52.9% of undergraduate students being women and 47.1% being men. The total number of full-time, first-year undergraduate students is 29,506, with 15,602 women and 13,904 men.

The largest ethnic group among the students is Hispanic, comprising 65.1% of the undergraduates population , with a total of 19,174 students.

Following behind are White students, constituting 8.8% of the student body, with 2,591 students.
