Based on the 2021-2022 data, the undergraduate student population at LBCC is largely skewed towards women students, with 56.8% of undergraduate students being women and 43.2% being men. The total number of full-time, first-year undergraduate students is 21,500, with 12,209 women and 9,291 men.

The largest ethnic group among the students is Hispanic, comprising 58.6% of the undergraduates population , with a total of 12,573 students.

Following behind are White students, constituting 15.2% of the student body, with 3,268 students. African American students represent 11.1% of the population, with 2,376 students, while Asian students account for 9.1%, with 1,955 students.
