Based on the 2021-2022 data, the undergraduate student population at MCPHS is greatly skewed towards women students, with 75.7% of undergraduate students being women and 24.3% being men. The total number of full-time, first-year undergraduate students is 3,668, with 2,775 women and 893 men.
On the other hand, the graduate student population at MCPHS is greatly skewed towards women students, with 73.3% of undergraduate students being women and 26.7% being men. The total number of full-time, graduate students is 3,636, with 2,667 women and 969 men.

The largest ethnic group among the students is White, comprising 34.5% of the undergraduates population , with a total of 1,265 students.
Following closely behind are Asian students, constituting 19.1% of the student body, with 700 students. African American students represent 11.2% of the population, with 410 students, while Hispanic students account for 11.0%, with 402 students. Mixed race students account for 1.3% of the undergraduate student body, comprising 49 students.
International students make up 14.1% of the undergraduate population, totaling 518 students.
There is also a notable percentage of students with an unknown race, making up 8.7% of the population, totaling 318 students.
