Based on the 2021-2022 data, the undergraduate student population at MxCC is largely skewed towards women students, with 60.8% of undergraduate students being women and 39.2% being men. The total number of full-time, first-year undergraduate students is 7,134, with 4,340 women and 2,794 men.

The largest ethnic group among the students is White, comprising 52.6% of the undergraduates population , with a total of 3,751 students.

Following behind are Hispanic students, constituting 17.7% of the student body, with 1,264 students. Asian students represent 14.7% of the population, with 1,047 students, while African American students account for 8.7%, with 621 students. Mixed race students account for 2.9% of the undergraduate student body, comprising 207 students. Finally, Hawaiian students have the smallest representation at 0.1% , with 4 students.

International students make up 2.1% of the undergraduate population, totaling 150 students.
