Based on the 2021-2022 data, the undergraduate student population at PCCC is largely skewed towards women students, with 62.2% of undergraduate students being women and 37.8% being men. The total number of full-time, first-year undergraduate students is 5,076, with 3,159 women and 1,917 men.

The largest ethnic group among the students is Hispanic, comprising 60.8% of the undergraduates population , with a total of 3,078 students.

Following behind are White students, constituting 16.6% of the student body, with 843 students. African American students represent 10.0% of the population, with 509 students, while Asian students account for 5.2%, with 265 students. Mixed race students account for 1.2% of the undergraduate student body, comprising 59 students. Finally, Hawaiian students have the smallest representation at 0.3% , with 14 students.
